Sausage and peppers are such a versatile meal that can be combined with polenta, pasta, in a sandwich or just alone. I like to add peppers, onions, potatoes, garlic and tomato sauce with some Marsala wine. Sometimes I combine hot and mild Italian sausages while other times I pick just one based on the group I am serving. I brown my sausages and
then remove them to saute my vegetables. After deglazing the pan with Marsala, I add the crushed tomatoes and sausage back with the sauteed vegetables. Enjoy!
