Until recently, I was always very intimated by making pie crust; consequently, I rarely made pies. Now, however, I have found a recipe that I love for crust that has taken the fear out of me. Even more exciting is that I am discovering new ways to use pie crust. After making a rhubarb tart, I ventured even further into the unknown. I subsequently made miniature cinnamon cookies and miniature quiche. Both were absolutely mouthwatering with that fabulous buttery pie crust.
