Scrambled eggs with no milk? What??

With a little patience, these are the absolute best scrambled eggs in five minutes. Start with 6 eggs (2 servings) and 3T of butter (real butter) in a saucepan. Put the heat on high and mix with a spatula ensuring that the bottom is scraped as well. Every 30 seconds, remove from the heat, mix for 10 seconds. Repeat three times.


For extra decadence, add some sliced truffles once ready to serve................and don't forget to season with a little salt and pepper. Enjoy!
